Start listening to the feelings in your body
Your core beliefs (how you view the world) were formed primarily before you were 10 years.
As a child (through the age of 7) you, like all children were incapable of understanding the difference between lies and truth / fantasy or reality.
Consequently, many of the things you believe today were given to you by people who believed these lies themselves or were attempting to control you, either to stop you from doing something that they believed might harm you (e.g. running into the street and getting hit by a car) or to get you to do something that made their life happier or easier (e.g. standing in a neat line at school, being quiet and sitting during classes).
All of this information caused you to create a story about yourself.
What's your story? And, is it completely true? Or would ditching parts of it open up a whole new world for you?

Hi, I'm Deberah Bringelson
I'm probably best known for my creative ingenuity, tenacity, and leadership while negotiating the Virgin America deal between Sir Richard Branson and Arnold Schwarzenegger, for which I received the “Steal of the Year” award, for the deal that never should have happened. I'm an internationally recognized Profit-Producing Business Authority and Empowerment Expert, who has appeared on stages and consulted with clients in 17 countries.
But, that's not the beginning of my story. I grew up in a quiet mid-western town. But my home wasn't so quiet. It was filled with alcoholism, violence, guns, beatings, and screaming rage. But no one knew. On the outside, everything appeared to be idyllic. The fists, guns, and alcohol would come out at night in the house and by morning, it was as if nothing had ever happened.
Even though my world was exploding, quite literally, I was taught to pretend that it was rainbows and unicorns. In my teens and 20s, all of that suppression and repression led to massive depression. If this is what life was going to be like, it wasn't for me. I was ready to exit, permanently.
It was about this time that I was introduced to my first quantum metaphysics teacher and I began to see that maybe things could be different. Learning as much as I could, I sought out teacher after teacher and began applying what I learned.
Fast forward about 10 years, I began using the teachings to help my clients: politicians, government agencies, and companies. The results were astounding. The first company I secretly used the techniques with grew from $56,000 to $13 Million in 5 years.
What I discovered in my own life and then with the CEOs and teams that I worked with is that most people have a story. Do you?
